Can I cancel at any time?

Yes! You can cancel anytime — no fees, no commitments. Just make sure to cancel before Tuesday at 11:55 PM EST / 8:55 PM PST to avoid being charged for the upcoming week.

How will I know what's coming?

We update our Weekly Harvest on our website and socials every Monday or Tuesday at approximately 9:00 am. The Weekly Harvest applies to orders that are shipping that week between Wednesday - Saturday. If you have signed up after the weekly deadline, you will receive the following week's harvest.

What is your billing process like?

All of our orders go through our online website platform, Shopify Payments. We accept all major debit cards, credits cards, Apple Pay, Shop Pay and Google Pay. Your information is kept completely private, encrypted, and safe in our system. Please note that our website is 256 SSL Secure and PCI DSS compliant.

Can I order for a company, office, or group?

Yes! If you're ordering for a company, daycare, school, or any group setting — we've got you covered.

Do I have to be home to accept the delivery?

Not necessarily. As long as someone else is home to receive the box, that works just fine! It's even better if someone can accept it right away so your fruits and veggies stay fresh and are secured as soon as they arrive.
